Software Test Lead

UAT Consultant [ 2 to 8 years ]

Hands-on banking experience, particularly in Mobile, Internet Banking and other digital banking applications and platforms. The incumbent will be responsible for testing and certifying the functionality of digital banking solutions and other digital enhancements from a business user perspective.

This role involves the below:

• Writing detailed and quality user stories for the new digital business functionalities and other digital enhancements
• Plan the UAT testing activity for business acceptance
• Creating and executing of test scripts
• Identify and document software defects
• Ensure solutions and enhancements comply with business requirements.
• Provide status reports as and when required

Key Capabilities

• Extensive understanding of the Mobile and Internet banking applications that are used by Banks
• Proficiency of the Arabic Language (reading and writing)
• Strong analytical skills with attention to details
• Ability to effectively collaborate with IT and business teams
• Experience in end-to-end UAT processes, defect management, regulatory compliance testing,
• Good understating and experience within the Agile methodologies in software development

Working Experience

· 2 – 5 years of experience in a reputable bank or other financial institution.

Qualifications

· Bachelors’ Degree in IT, Banking & Finance, Business Management Discipline (or equivalent)
