Senior Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Develop management communications and presentations
• Coordinate activities on process improvements across the organization as instructed by the line management
• Provide efficient administrative and office management services to the Executive
• Director of Quality, Patient Safety & Innovation ensuring work is completed effectively within the agreed timescale
• Support the project specialist in coordinating between various departments to ensure the progress of the ongoing projects
• The incumbent will undertake any such appropriate duties or responsibilities as directed.
• Ensure high standards of confidentiality to safeguard any sensitive information.

Basic Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing projects preferably in health care environment
• Good understanding project management program/project techniques
• Experience of creating and maintaining technical reports/documentation
• Bachelor’s degree in business/management, Healthcare Stream, Computer Science, or a related stream relevant to the role.
• Strong knowledge of ethical principles, frameworks, and regulations in healthcare
