Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Designer II with over 3 years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in UX, problem solving, user research, and a proven track record of building 0-1 & 1-10 products. In the Customer Delight charter, we’re currently building AI-powered in-house tools to improve customer experience and user retention. As a Product Designer II at Zepto, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our products, ensuring they meet the needs and exceed the expectations of our users.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the design process from concept to final implementation, ensuring a user-centric approach.
• Conduct user research to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with Zepto's brand and user needs.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and apply them to enhance our products.
• Participate in usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback and data.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Framer and expertise in using Gen AI for conceptualization, etc.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent UX & problem solving skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Experience in conducting user research and translating insights into actionable design solutions.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
• Passion for building products that solve real problems and delight users.
