We're looking for an experienced AI UX/UI Designer to create intuitive, human-centred AI products that empower enterprise users to make smarter decisions. You'll work alongside product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to design intelligent web and mobile experiences, turning complex AI capabilities into seamless, user-friendly solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design end-to-end AI-powered user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
• Create user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma.
• Design AI interaction patterns, including conversational flows, human-in-the-loop experiences, error handling, fallback states, and system transparency.
• Transform complex AI and business requirements into intuitive, scalable user experiences.
• Build and maintain reusable AI design components and interaction patterns within the design system.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, AI/ML Engineers, Developers, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and design validation to improve product experiences.
• Champion UX best practices and contribute to AI design standards across multiple digital products.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Product Design, Digital Media, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of UX/UI design experience, with hands-on experience designing AI-powered products, AI/ML solutions, or conversational interfaces.
• Portfolio showcasing launched digital products with measurable user or business impact.
• Experience designing enterprise (B2E), B2B, or consumer (B2C) digital products.
• Strong understanding of AI interaction design, user-centred design principles, and UX research methodologies.
• Proficient in Figma and familiar with modern UX research and prototyping tools.
• Experience collaborating closely with AI/ML engineers and cross-functional product teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
