About the Role

We are seeking a commercially astute and strategic Senior Manager, Business Insights & Analytics to lead our high-performing team across Oncology and Immunology franchises. This is a key leadership role responsible for delivering actionable insights and data-driven strategies that support business growth, brand performance, and customer-centric decision-making.

You will line manage a team of four, and play a critical role in shaping strategy, driving analytics capability, and partnering cross-functionally across sales, marketing, market access, and medical affairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of 4 direct reports in delivering high-impact business insights
• Partner with key stakeholders across commercial, medical, and access teams to influence strategic direction
• Drive the design and implementation of analytics frameworks across Oncology and Immunology portfolios
• Leverage internal and external data sources to inform brand strategy, forecasting, and customer engagement
• Oversee development of dashboards, KPIs, and visualisation tools to support performance monitoring
• Contribute to the build of a new in-house data warehouse and visualisation platform
• Ensure best-in-class use of data analytics tools and technology across the organisation
• Deliver senior leadership reporting and business recommendations

About You

• Bachelor’s degree required; postgraduate qualification in business, analytics or a related field is highly regarded
• Proven experience (7+ years) in business insights, analytics, or commercial excellence roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector
• Experience in oncology and/or immunology preferred
• Strong people leadership and coaching capability
• Deep understanding of CRM, syndicated data, forecasting, and advanced analytics tools
• Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and communicating insights with impact
• Technologically proficient – experience in building or managing internal data systems is a plus
• Strong business acumen, commercial mindset, and strategic thinking
