Head of Sales - RAISE Summit


We are looking for an experienced and driven Head of Sales to lead the commercial development of RAISE Summit – Europe's fastest growing AI enterprise event. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing and entrepreneurial team, playing a key role in defining and executing the event's revenue strategy and expanding its global footprint.

As Head of Sales, you will manage and grow the sales team, build long-term relationships with sponsors and partners, and work closely with leadership to identify new market opportunities.


Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership & Strategy

  • Define and implement the global sales strategy for RAISE across sponsorships, exhibitions, and media partnerships
  • Identify and prioritize new business opportunities in line with RAISE's growth objectives
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing high-value deals


Key Responsibilities: Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and grow the international sales team
  • Set performance targets and monitor KPIs to drive team success
  • Provide coaching and development to junior and mid-level sales reps


Key Responsibilities: Partnership Development

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry leaders, and decision-makers
  • Represent RAISE at global events and conferences to strengthen industry presence
  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to design sales-enablement campaigns and materials


Key Responsibilities: Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with operations, content, and customer success teams to ensure flawless sponsor execution
  • Contribute to shaping the overall commercial roadmap of RAISE and other Chain of Events initiatives


Who You Are

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the events or tech space
  • Proven track record of achieving €1M+ annual revenue targets
  • Experience managing and scaling a high-performing sales team
  • Strong negotiator with a consultative sales approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, international, and entrepreneurial environment
  • Full professional fluency in English (French is a plus)
  • Strong interest in AI, enterprise technology, or digital transformation
