Job Overview: As a Business Analyst at PRODIVI, you will serve as a critical link between our business objectives and technological solutions. You will be instrumental in analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and guiding the implementation of effective solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements clearly and accurately.
• Perform detailed analysis of business processes to identify inefficiencies and propose optimization strategies.
• Create comprehensive documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, and workflows.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) to verify solutions meet specified requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with business analysis tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is advantageous.

Salary range (gross): 1400 - 1900 EUR.
