Digital Channels and Products Lead

Your Tasks:


  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of retail products and digital channels features, from concept to launch and optimization.
  • Manage and continuously enhance the performance, usability, and functionality of our digital channels (mobile banking app, online banking portal).
  • Drive the development of new digital features, journeys and products in line with customer needs, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, UX/UI, Compliance, Marketing, Operations) to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Lead product discovery, requirement definition, testing, and go-to-market activities.
  • Take ownership of both digital delivery channels and retail banking products to ensure an integrated, customer-centric experience.
  • Monitor KPIs such as adoption, usage, conversion, and customer satisfaction; use data to drive continuous improvements.
  • Ensure product and channel compliance with relevant regulations (e.g. PSD2, AML/KYC, data protection).
  • Contribute to the Bank’s overall digital strategy and prepare business cases, feature briefs, and stakeholder updates.
  • Support and drive the continuous evolution of our digital banking platforms in line with innovation and customer expectations.


Personal and professional competencies:


  • University degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product/digital channel management in banking or fintech.
  • Strong understanding of retail banking products, and digital journeys.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
  • Hands-on experience using Jira.
  • Familiarity with Figma for collaborating on UX/UI designs and wireframes.
  • Fluent in English, German is an advantage.

Minimum gross wage in accordance with the collective agreement if the minimum requirements are met: EUR 3272,23 /month with willingness to overpay depending on professional experience and training.
