Human Resources Specialist

We're hiring: HR Specialist at Nerostein (Full-time, Vatsla, Estonia)

Nerostein is looking for a dedicated and versatile HR Specialist to join our growing manufacturing team. This role is essential in supporting our production manager and overseeing various HR tasks, including recruitment, documentation, HR software management, compliance, occupational health and safety coordination, and employee guidance.

Location: Tammi tee 71, Vatsla, Harjumaa

Full-time position

We are looking for someone who has:

• Relevant education and previous experience in HR
• Knowledge of employment legislation
• Proficiency in Estonian, Russian, and English
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
• Good computer skills (MS Office, WempLy, Directo)
• B-category driving license and access to a vehicle
