Product Manager

Our client, a global leader in retail technology, is seeking a commercially-minded Product Manager to lead the development, strategy, and launch of innovative solutions across the ANZ region.

This is a pivotal role that combines customer insight, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to drive product success and business growth. You’ll also hold P&L responsibility and play a key role in shaping the future of their enterprise offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute regional product strategy in alignment with global roadmaps
• Lead product planning from discovery through to go-to-market
• Partner with the regional Product Owner and development teams to guide roadmap priorities
• Collaborate with marketing teams to assess market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
• Build relationships with strategic customers, supporting RFIs/RFPs and pre-sales activity
• Define product features, release cycles, and key success metrics for the region
• Communicate product vision and progress with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Influence global product decisions by participating in international roadmap discussions

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong experience in product management within retail technology - particularly store solutions
• Proven ability to analyse market opportunities and shape product direction accordingly
• Skilled at leading cross-functional teams and managing senior stakeholder engagement
• Commercially savvy with experience owning product P&L
• Comfortable navigating large, matrixed global environments
• Knowledge of APMEA market
