Product Team Manager

Are you a proactive and structured leader with a strong sense of ownership and a passion for product development? We are looking for a Product Team Manager to lead the Lithuanian product team and take responsibility for coordinating product-related initiatives under the CCO.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and mentor the local product team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Oversee market analysis efforts to identify needs and trends and make strategic recommendations for adjusting the product portfolio at a regional level.
• Develop and implement a long-term product strategy, ensuring a cohesive assortment.
• Coordinate the rollout of strategic initiatives, including the launch of new product lines and the enhancement of existing ones.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key partners, as well as identifying and attracting new strategic partners.
• Closely collaborate with Marketing, Sales, E-commerce, and Customer Service teams to ensure strong business performance and high partner and customer satisfaction.
• Identify and recommend improvements to tools and workflows, implement new processes, and support the adoption of effective product management systems.

What We Expect From You:

• Solid experience in product management, strategic planning, or product leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of new product development (NPD) principles and assortment planning.
• Proven ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Strong knowledge of partner relationship management and project management best practices.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and cross-culturally.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and align teams around common company goals.
• Experience in preparing, analyzing, and continuously improving departmental reports, including setting and refining performance metrics.
• Proficiency in English and Lithuanian (written and spoken) at B2 level or higher.
