Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Project Manager with fluency in German to lead the successful delivery of complex IT projects across various domains including software development, infrastructure, cloud migration, and cybersecurity. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, and be capable of driving projects from conception to completion while ensuring alignment with business goals and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of IT projects across multiple domains.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with stakeholder requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Proactively manage project changes, issues, and risks using structured methodologies.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure adherence to project budgets, scope, schedules, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular team meetings and facilitate communication across all levels.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance frameworks and quality assurance processes.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in IT project management or a similar role
• Fluency in German and English (spoken and written)
• Experience with Agile/Scrum or other project management methodologies
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or similar
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and cybersecurity principles
• Proven experience managing IT projects across multiple domains
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
