About the role

This role is for an experienced Project Manager to lead cloud infrastructure initiatives that are integrated with software development across multiple divisions. The position emphasizes Agile methodologies and requires collaboration across global teams. The PM will drive delivery, manage risks, and maintain clear communication across complex, cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and act as Scrum Master for infrastructure-focused projects.
• Collaborate with software Scrum Masters in a “2-in-a-box” model.
• Participate in Scrum of Scrums and oversee status tracking, risk management, and interdependent workstreams.
• Produce executive-level reports, including R/Y/G statuses and risk tracking.
• Use data-driven storytelling for leadership visibility.
• Facilitate collaboration across teams in India, the US, and LATAM.
• Maintain project documentation in Confluence.
• Manage tasks in Jira (preferred) or Azure DevOps.
• Build/customize project decks in PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI and Jira integrations is a plus.

Must have skills

• 7+ years of Project Management experience.
• Experience leading cloud infrastructure projects (Azure or AWS preferred).
• Strong experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Proven leadership with globally distributed teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Expertise in risk management, delivery tracking, and reporting.
• Ability to present technical information to executive audiences.

Nice to have skills

• Skilled in Jira and Confluence.
• Skilled in Jira and/or Azure DevOps.

Conditions

• 100% Remote (primary timezone UTC-4).
• Contractor role – 12-month contract, renewable.
• Full-time dedication (40 hours/week).
• BYOD (bring your own device) required.
