Technical Coordinator Datacenter

Role:

• 3 years experience (or equivalent) in hardware repairs
• C1 English and Finnish
• Advanced troubleshooting skills
• Effective communication skills and management skills
• Extensive knowledge on various IT equipment including, but not limited to personal systems, printers, tablets etc.
• Experience and ability to support 24 * 7 Shift Working, and on call where required
• Data Centre Facility; Build & Operations - Power, cooling, Security
• experience in the operation of dedicated and shared cages/raised floor environments within a colocation data centre facility

Requirements:

• Deal with daily tasks/plan of work within onsite team
• Co-ordinate and assign tasks within the team
• Identify topics for improvement and areas for automation
• Keep the knowledge transfer within the team and be a ‘go-to’ person in case of technical issues and training of new joiners
• Provide onsite end user support
• Ensure the delivery of the contractually agreed services to the customer in compliance with the SLA through monitoring the team and the work on the tickets as well as analysing and optimizing the KPI
