Technology Lead

We are looking for an experienced Technology Lead with strong ServiceNow (SNOW) application support experience to join a leading telecom project in Finland.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L2/L3 application support using ServiceNow (SNOW)
• Handle Incident, Problem, and Change Management activities
• Monitor production environments and ensure SLA compliance
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis
• Coordinate with onsite/offshore teams and support release activities
• Participate in a 24x7 on-call support rotation

Required Skills:

• 5–7 years of IT/Application Support experience
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow (SNOW)
• Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem & Change Management)
• Experience in production support and service operations
• Telecom domain experience is preferred
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
