We are looking for an experienced Technology Lead with strong ServiceNow (SNOW) application support experience to join a leading telecom project in Finland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2/L3 application support using ServiceNow (SNOW)
- Handle Incident, Problem, and Change Management activities
- Monitor production environments and ensure SLA compliance
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis
- Coordinate with onsite/offshore teams and support release activities
- Participate in a 24x7 on-call support rotation
Required Skills:
- 5–7 years of IT/Application Support experience
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow (SNOW)
- Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem & Change Management)
- Experience in production support and service operations
- Telecom domain experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
