Our aim is to help and inspire small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to have successful communications by changing the way they develop and implement their marketing strategy.

Role:

• Responsible for all Marketing Automation activity
• Identifying customer journeys and their triggers
• Creating marketing campaigns in response to customer behavior in various media (email, sms, webpush, directmail, outbound, GDN, FB and Website)
• Support the Head of Direct Marketing in implementing potential improvements to reporting processes

Hard Skills:

• Knowledge of SQL
• Fluency in English (preferred)

About you:

• Degree in Information Management, Mathematics or other similar
• Ability of data analysis
• Autonomy and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
