  • Analytical Execution: Retrieve, prepare, and analyze complex datasets using data/statistical models to produce automated tools and strategic insights.
  • Data Visualization & Reporting: Design, develop, and maintain automated reports and high-quality dashboards to support real-time decision-making for sales and traders.
  • Data Architecture Support: Participate actively in data engineering and processing tasks, including ETL pipelines and Data Warehousing management.
  • Process Optimization: Proactively identify inefficiencies and implement automated procedures to improve internal controls and workflows.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in data analysis roles.
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Solid programming skills in Python (specifically the Pandas library) for data analysis.
  • Proven experience working with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Languages: Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Core Competencies: Excellent communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • Knowledge of Big Data technologies and tools (e.g., PySpark, Presto, Airflow).
  • Familiarity with Power Query and DAX.
  • Understanding of descriptive statistics and hypothesis testing.
