Job Description

We are seeking passionate, analytically strong, and quality-driven full-stack, front-end, or back-end developers to join our growing team. You will work on advanced software for planning and managing telecommunications and IoT networks. The ideal candidate is excited by challenging projects, demonstrates clear algorithmic thinking, and is committed to developing software that exceeds client expectations—delivered through our flagship platform, Cellular Expert™.

Requirements

Design and develop components of Cellular Expert™—a platform for telecom and IoT network planning, deployment, and automation.
Deliver robust front-end and/or back-end features within a collaborative software development team.
Participate in client implementation projects and help continuously improve the product based on industry and client feedback.

Common Requirements

Technical education in software engineering, computer science, or electrical/electronic engineering. Students currently pursuing these degrees are also welcome to apply.
Proven experience in developing high-quality software with strong algorithmic and architectural understanding.
Experience with Git version control.
Working knowledge of English for professional communication.
Ability to plan and manage tasks independently and efficiently.

Requirements For Back-End Developers

Proficiency with Python scripting and NodeJS application development.
Development experience with .NET (C#) for back-end and/or full-stack applications.
Practical knowledge of relational databases, especially PostgreSQL (also MS SQL, MySQL).

Requirements For Front-End Developers

Proficiency with JavaScript and experience using React for front-end development.
Experience working with REST APIs.
Familiarity with JSON, CSV and XML data formats.

Considered An Advantage

Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL performance tuning and database architecture.
Experience with C++ programming.
Familiarity with Esri ArcGIS, Linux and Docker.
Experience working in Agile software development environments.
Knowledge or experience in telecommunications or IoT network design.
Initiative in improving work processes and pursuing continuous professional development.
