  • What You Will Do


  • Manage End-to-End Latvian Immigration Process:


  • Oversee and manage the End-to-End Latvian immigration process, including the preparation, submission, and tracking of invitation letters, applications, and supporting documents for work visas, residence permits, and dependent permits with the support of our delivery team, external immigration vendor and internal immigration and labor leadership.


  • Single point on Latvian Immigration Requirements:


  • Serve as the primary single point on Latvian immigration process, regulations, and requirements, ensuring compliance with all local legal obligations and company policies with the support of internal immigration and labor team and leadership.


  • Liaison with Immigration Authorities:


  • Communicate and cooperate closely with the Latvian immigration office and other relevant authorities to ensure timely processing of visa and permit applications.


  • Internal Collaboration:


  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, such as global delivery teams (located in Argentina and India), HR, and Business Leads to coordinate immigration-related activities as well as collaborate with our external immigration provider.


  • Compliance and Risk Management:


  • Monitor and ensure ongoing compliance with Latvian immigration regulations, mitigating any potential risks related to non-compliance with a strong support of immigration team.


  • Reporting and Communication:


  • Provide regular updates and reports to key stakeholders on the status of immigration processes, visa applications, and permits, ensuring transparency and alignment across teams.

    What We Expect


  • Proficiency in English and Latvian: strong spoken and written communication skills in both languages are essential.
  • Relocation service experience: experience in relocation service and knowledge of the process.
  • Organizational skills: ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Teamwork and independence: capable of working both autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
