Job Description:

 We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our team in Gothenburg. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Analytics & BI solutions for service contracts and service planning, working with diverse technologies across our scope. The role demands a combination of strong Business Analysis skills, along with advanced Data Analysis capabilities to support our client's needs in tracking, analyzing, and improving service agreements and plans.

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be a key player in gathering business requirements, translating them into actionable technical specifications, and working closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data & Reporting: Manage data and reporting solutions related to service contracts and service planning, ensuring accurate tracking and analysis of service agreements and plans.
• Business Analysis: Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear specifications, serving as a bridge between technical teams and the business.
• Advanced Data Analysis: Proficiently analyze large datasets, identify trends, and draw meaningful insights to drive decision-making and improve service delivery.
• Business Intelligence: Develop and deliver Business Intelligence solutions, including data visualization, reporting, and predictive analytics.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Data Engineers and Data Scientists to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
• Global Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders across various geographical locations, ensuring effective communication, alignment, and understanding of project goals and requirements.
• Adaptability & Continuous Learning: Adapt to changing business needs and continuously learn new technologies, methodologies, and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Power BI (expertise in data visualization and reporting)
• SQL (strong querying and data analysis skills)
• Experience working with large datasets
• Business Analysis skills, particularly in gathering and translating business requirements
• Stakeholder Management skills for collaborating with business and technical teams

• Azure Databricks
