Amani AI, based in Istanbul, Dubai, and Manchester, was founded in 2018 with a mission to develop advanced Identity Verification (IDV), KYC, KYB solutions and Ai Agents for the international market.
As our company continues to grow rapidly, we are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our team. This role is based at our Istanbul office.
Level: Mid to Senior
Type: Full-time or Part-time
Model: Hybrid.
Qualifications:
Must-have skills:
- 1+ years experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering.
- Strong UNIX/Linux system administration and scripting (Python, Bash).
- Proficiency in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Docker Swarm and Kubernetes).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar).
- Hands-on cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI).
- Good understanding of networking, web services (DNS, SSL, HTTP, REST API ,and WebSocket).
- Infrastructure as Code (SaltStack, Terraform, Ansible, or similar).
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, etc.).
Nice-to-have skills (bonus points if you have):
- Experience with message brokers like RabbitMQ.
- Experience with databases: PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and cloud security best practices.
- Exposure to load balancing, high availability, and clustering setups.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement cloud architecture solutions to meet strategic business needs.
- Develop, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure in alignment with best practices and IT security guidelines.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize the company's cloud strategy and architecture.
- Collaborate with the development team to identify, design, and implement optimal cloud-based solutions.
- Review and improve existing systems, identifying areas for performance, scalability, and security enhancements.
- Manage user profiles, privileged access, and identity management across platforms and services.
- Work closely with the IT security team to monitor and maintain cloud privacy and compliance standards.
- Ensure high standards of documentation for systems, processes, and architecture.
