The Role

As a Backend Engineer, you will be a key contributor to the evolution of their low-code application development platform. You’ll collaborate with a talented team to design and develop scalable backend solutions, enhance performance, and deliver a seamless user experience - all while staying at the forefront of modern software development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend features using TypeScript, JavaScript, NodeJS, and SQL
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate user requirements into platform features
• Implement AI-driven enhancements including LLM integration and prompt engineering
• Ensure high-quality, scalable, and efficient software components
• Troubleshoot issues and contribute to the continuous improvement of the platform
• Stay current with industry trends to enhance performance and innovation

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience in backend software development and platform scalability
• Strong programming skills in TypeScript, JavaScript, and NodeJS
• Experience in web application development, APIs, and cloud services
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• A proactive and collaborative mindset, with strong communication skills
• Experience with Redis, AI/LLM technologies, and DevOps practices
