💼 Who we are looking for

We are seeking a Social & Content Lead who lives and breathes the crypto sphere. This ideal candidate is someone who's constantly in sync with the latest trends and conversations in the blockchain space. Who can craft compelling content and sparks engagement with a creative mind can inject fun and personality into our online presence.

📍 Location

Paris 🥖 or remote 🌍(US Eastern & Europe time zone).

🛠 Mission & Responsibilities

• Own and manage Morpho's content calendar across all social media platforms and channels
• Create engaging, clear, and on-brand content tailored for each platform (X, Farcaster, LinkedIn, Mirror, Discord)
• Develop and execute cohesive social media and content campaigns aligned with business objectives
• Craft compelling narratives that capture audience attention and amplify Morpho's messaging
• Leverage emerging trends and events to create timely and entertaining content
• Collaborate with marketing and other teams to distribute updates and campaigns effectively
• Build and empower the Morpho community to generate user-created content
• Lead rapid-response communications for crisis and issues management on social media
• Analyze content performance and use insights to continuously improve content strategy
• Assist core team and Morpho spokespeople in developing their content strategies
• Deep dive into Morpho's products and positioning to ensure accurate representation in all content
• Maintain consistent tone and messaging across all channels while adapting to platform-specific requirements
• Use analytics tools to track and report on content performance and audience engagement
• Stay up-to-date with DeFi industry trends and incorporate relevant topics into content strategy
  
  

Job requirements

🧙 Must-have Experience & Skills

• 3+ years in community management or social media/content marketing.
• 1+ years in DeFi.
• Demonstrated passion for online narratives and trends
• Constant presence and active participation in online and blockchain spaces
• Proven track record of building and engaging with a substantial following on X
• Exceptional copywriting skills with a talent for creating creative and engaging memes
• Direct and clear communication style
• Humble attitude and ability to work collaboratively
• Willingness to experiment and try new approaches
• Strong social awareness and ability to gauge audience reactions and sentiments
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently
• Deep understanding of crypto and blockchain culture
