HR Generalist

Job Summary

We are seeking for a HR Generalist to join SUNGROW Middle East HR team. This position will play a vital role to implement HR policies and programs, which requires a well-rounded HR professional who can effectively support organization development, training and development, employee relations, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the onboarding process and orientation training for new employees, ensuring them a smooth and efficient transition into the company.
• Keep track of local labour law and regulations updates, assist in developing, implementing, and communicating HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct employee’s engagement surveys, one-on-one meetings and exit interviews, analyse employees’ feedback and suggestions to identify areas for improvement, assist to implement programs that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
• promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture through implementing engagement initiatives and organizing team building and cultural activities.
• Assist in design and organize learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Handle general HR administrative tasks, maintain HR databases and generate HR reports and analytics when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degrees in human resources or related management field.
• With comprehensive understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and maintain data accuracy.
