IT System Engineer

Job Responsibilities

1. Engage closely with overseas business teams to understand and map their business requirements across customer management, sales processes, and after-sales service
2. Evaluate and recommend suitable CRM products or solutions based on business needs (including but not limited to Salesforce, Dynamics 365, etc.)
3. Coordinate with external vendors and partners to drive the implementation and delivery of third-party solutions
4. Build custom business applications using intelligent tools and platforms for scenarios that off-the-shelf products cannot address, including automated workflows, smart reports, and data dashboards
5. Participate in the evaluation, assessment, and adoption of the company's CRM system, and produce requirement analysis and selection recommendation reports
6. Continuously optimize digital workflows for overseas businesses and drive digital transformation across business functions

Requirements

1. 3-5 years of experience in CRM system implementation, management, or related fields, with solid familiarity with core business processes such as lead management, opportunity tracking, and contract management
2. End-to-end experience in CRM projects from requirements gathering to deployment, with the ability to independently produce requirement analyses and solution proposals
3. Application development capability, able to independently build business applications using intelligent tools or low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., automated workflows, intelligent analytics reports)
4. English as a working language, with strong written and verbal communication skills in English
5. Excellent communication, coordination, and business acumen, able to translate ambiguous business needs into clear technical requirements
6. Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple parallel projects and ensure on-time delivery
7. Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in Computer Science, Information Management, or related fields

Preferred Qualifications

1. Certification in mainstream CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Dynamics 365 is a plus
2. Prior experience in the energy, manufacturing, or cross-border e-commerce industries is a plus
3. Experience in automated workflow development or data analytics projects is a plus
