🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Ivanti ITSM solutions across large-scale enterprise environments.
• Customize and optimize Ivanti modules such as Incident, Change, Problem, Asset, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
• Implement and manage Ivanti Endpoint Manager (EPM) for patching, software deployment, and endpoint security.
• Integrate the Ivanti platform with external systems (e.g., AD, SCCM, Azure, CMDBs, or third-party APIs).
• Define and implement workflows, automation, business rules, and UI enhancements.
• Translate client business requirements into efficient and scalable technical solutions aligned with ITIL best practices.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting, performance tuning, and root cause analysis.
• Act as a technical advisor and thought leader within the Ivanti ecosystem for clients and internal teams.
• Support pre-sales activities including demos, solution architecture, and technical proposals.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants, helping to build internal capabilities and knowledge base.

✅ Required Qualifications:

• 5–8+ years of experience in ITSM/ESM consulting with a strong focus on Ivanti.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Ivanti ITSM and Ivanti Endpoint Manager (EPM) in both on-prem and cloud environments.
• Strong expertise in Ivanti Neurons, Service Manager, Asset Manager, and EPM.
• Solid grasp of ITIL v3 or v4 frameworks with practical implementation experience.
• Experience with Ivanti integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, AD, SCCM, etc.).
• Proven experience in workflow design, automation, and customization.
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
• Ivanti certifications (Ivanti Certified Implementation consultant or higher) are required.
• Relevant ITIL Foundation or higher certification is highly desirable.
