Role Description

We are looking for an experienced and driven Red Hat Consultant to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for designing, deploying, and supporting Red Hat-based solutions for enterprise clients.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with OpenShift, Ansible Automation Platform, and a deep understanding of Red Hat Linux system administration. You will work closely with clients to assess their needs, deliver tailored solutions, and ensure optimal system performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support Red Hat Enterprise Linux and associated solutions across client environments.
• Manage the lifecycle of OpenShift Container Platform clusters, including upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.
• Develop automation scripts and workflows using the Ansible Automation Platform to streamline IT operations.
• Collaborate with client teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality implementations.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support for Red Hat products and related infrastructure.
• Ensure environments are secure, scalable, and aligned with best practices in networking, virtualization, and security.
• Work with GitLab for code management, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps collaboration.
• Participate in capacity planning, incident management, and documentation of operational procedures.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven expertise in Red Hat Linux system administration (installation, configuration, and maintenance).
• Hands-on experience with OpenShift platform support and deployment.
• Proficiency in using Ansible Automation Platform for system configuration and automation.
• Good working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes (K8s) for container orchestration and lifecycle management.
• Experience with GitLab.
• Strong understanding of networking, security, and virtualization technologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communicator with strong collaboration and client-facing capabilities.
• Ability to assess client requirements and deliver custom, business-aligned solutions.

Education and Certification

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant Red Hat certifications such as RHCSA or RHCE are highly desirable.
