We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer with 10+ years of experience, including at least 4 years in a leadership role. The ideal candidate will have expertise in machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), model deployment, and large language models (LLMs). This role requires strong leadership, mentoring, and training skills to support and develop junior AI engineers and fresh graduates while driving innovation in AI-driven applications.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Machine Learning Development: Design, train, and optimize models using Supervised, Unsupervised, and Reinforcement Learning techniques.

✅ Natural Language Processing (NLP): Develop and implement NLP solutions for text processing, sentiment analysis, chatbots, and AI-driven automation.

✅ Model Deployment & Scalability: Deploy AI models using MLflow, Kubernetes, and TensorFlow Serving to ensure scalability and performance.

✅ Large Language Models (LLMs) & Generative AI: Work on cutting-edge LLMs, generative AI models, and AI-driven applications.

✅ Cloud-Based AI Solutions: Build and integrate AI solutions on AWS, Azure, and other cloud platforms.

✅ Leadership & Mentoring: Lead and mentor AI engineers, providing technical guidance, coaching, and professional development.

✅ Training & Development: Conduct training sessions to upskill internal teams and fresh graduates in AI, ML, and NLP technologies.

✅ Collaboration & Problem-Solving: Work with cross-functional teams to develop AI-powered solutions for business challenges.

Required Qualifications

✔ 10+ years of experience in AI and machine learning, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.

✔ Hands-on expertise in MLflow, Kubernetes, and TensorFlow Serving.

✔ Experience working with large language models (LLMs) and generative AI.

✔ Strong programming skills in Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.

✔ Proven ability to mentor, coach, and train teams at all levels, including fresh graduates.

✔ Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
