At LOOP, we're looking for a Junior Digital Content Designer who lives and breathes social media. If you love crafting sharp, scroll-stopping content and have an instinct for what resonates online, this could be your next move. You'll help shape the visual language of a globally recognized streaming brand—bringing together smart layouts, cultural relevance, and creative use of templates and AI tools to create daily content that connects.

Whether it's a punchy meme or a high-impact campaign asset, you approach every piece of content with the same level of thought, care, and creative energy. Requirements

• Design Daily Social Content: Craft eye-catching visuals for a leading streaming brand, aligning with best practices and channel-specific formats.
• Adapt Content Templates: Apply and adjust existing design systems to meet the unique needs of each post while maintaining visual consistency.
• Create Thumbnails & Layouts: Design social-first assets with intentional text placement and strategic use of imagery for maximum engagement.
• Extract Visuals from Streaming Content: Source and format stills from movies and series to transform them into high-performing, platform-ready social content.
• Integrate AI Tools: Use MidJourney and other AI platforms creatively and intentionally to expand design possibilities and enhance workflow.
• Maintain Design Standards: Ensure all content—big or small—is polished, typo-free, and in line with LOOP's quality expectations.
• Embrace Flexibility & Ownership: Respond quickly to cultural moments and client updates, proactively managing timelines and team communication.
• Excellent English language skills, German language skills are a plus
