Internship in mobile app development (IOS) Berlin starting January 2025

Aufgaben

Mercedes-Benz Mobility AG (MBM) offers comprehensive financial services for motor vehicles and innovative mobility solutions. The product range varies from leasing and financing offers to financial services for dealers, commercial fleet management, procurement of automotive insurance solutions, and new innovative mobility services. Providing a secure and trustworthy customer journey is one of our most important objectives at MBM.

We are looking for a mobile app developer (iOS) to join the CX Factory team in the mobility department. CX Factory is a product-centric team mainly responsible for developing and delivering Mercedes me Finance, a self-service app globally. Mercedes me Finance is a product focused on providing an effortless experience to financing and leasing customers in Europe, North America, and Africa & Asia-Pacific region.

• Work closely with a team in an agile environment, participating in sprint activities and ensuring that you and the team delivers effective customer solutions
• You will participate in many aspects of the software development lifecycle, such as design, code implementation, testing, and support. You will work to create software that is of high quality and meets our clients' needs
• In your role, you will be supported by mentors and colleagues who will encourage you to challenge the norm, investigate ideas outside of your role, and come up with creative solutions
  
  

Qualifikationen

• You have a degree in or currently studying in the field of Computer Science, Business Informatics, Media Informatics, or a similar field
• Proficiency in Swift programming language
• Experience with both Storyboard and SwiftUI for UI design
• Familiarity with Apollo GraphQL for backend integration
• Knowledge of Realm database for local data storage
• Experience working with iOS apps with multiple targets
• Understanding of localization concepts
• Proficiency in XCTest framework for unit testing
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong and effective communication skills
• We require very good knowledge of German and English
