Job Summary:

We're looking for an organised, detail-oriented graduate to join our team as a Programme Management Intern. You'll play a central role in the delivery of CFTE's training programmes; keeping sessions running smoothly, supporting instructors in the room, and creating content that brings learning to life. It's an ideal role for someone who takes pride in execution, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to build a career at the intersection of education, finance, and technology.

What you'll do:

• Support the end-to-end delivery of CFTE's training programmes, from preparation through to post-session wrap-up
• Create and refine content for programme delivery, including slide decks, handouts, case studies, and other supporting materials
• Act as teaching assistant during live sessions, facilitating discussions, supporting participants, and ensuring smooth delivery
• Own session readiness: checking equipment, confirming content is finalised, coordinating instructor availability, and resolving any last-minute issues
• Liaise with instructors, clients, and participants to ensure everyone is prepared and informed ahead of each session
• Maintain programme documentation and track action items to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
• Identify opportunities to improve the delivery process and contribute to raising the quality of CFTE's programmes over time

• Confidence working with people, whether that's instructors, clients, or participants in a room
• Previous experience in fast-paced environments (startups, consulting, or venture capital) is a plus
