Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage web design projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with objectives
• Develop and optimize automations and workflows to improve operational efficiency
• Lead and manage a team, ensuring smooth communication, accountability, and progress toward goals
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients, providing status updates to manage expectations and drive projects forward
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects meet client expectations and business objectives
• Utilize project management platforms such as Asana, Trello, Airtable to organize tasks, track progress, and deliver results
• Use Google Workspace Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) for efficient project documentation and communication
  
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience managing web design projects
• Strong expertise in automations and workflow development
• Experience leading and managing people with a focus on coaching and team building
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken (Fluency in Spanish is a plus but not required)
• Experience with Google Workspace Suite for project collaboration and documentation
• Proficiency in project management tools like Asana, Trello, Airtable, etc
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and project deadlines
