Frontend Developer

Recognised for their innovative solutions and significant project successes, they're now seeking a passionate and experienced Mid or Senior Frontend Engineer to contribute to the growing engineering team.

The Opportunity:

You'll be responsible for building out the frontend of the platform using Angular, Typescript, and their mobile app in Ionic. Along with a talented team of 3 other engineers and scaling to over 12 within the next 6 months you'll play a vital part in expansion and success to the business. This is an opportunity to take real ownership and help shape the platform.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Participating in the design, implementation, testing, and deployment of the frontend web and mobile app using Angular and Ionic
• Writing high-quality, maintainable code.
• Mentor other engineers and help architect the platform.
• Developing and optimising software for real-time operating systems and ensuring system stability.
• Participating in sprint planning, code reviews, and contributing ideas.

Skills:

• 4 + years of experience of commercial experience working in the frontend, having used Angular.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to mentor junior engineers.
• Familiarity with different styling tools.
• Loves to get involved and suggestions on how things could be built effectively.
• Enjoys a start up and thrives in a fast paced, collaborative environment.
• Has some backend experience in Node. (Doesn't need to be extensive but an idea would be good.)
• Ionic experience really nice to have but not essential.
