We're looking for an experienced Data Scientist who is passionate about transforming data into actionable insights and developing machine learning solutions that deliver real business value. What You'll Be Doing

As a Data Scientist, you'll work across the full analytics lifecycle, partnering with business and technology teams to design, develop, and deploy advanced analytics and machine learning solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

🔹 Leading day-to-day data science activities, prioritising work, and ensuring high-quality project delivery

🔹 Analysing large enterprise datasets to uncover trends, opportunities, and business insights

🔹 Designing, developing, and deploying predictive machine learning models

🔹 Building solutions that improve customer experience, optimise operations, and drive revenue growth

🔹 Evaluating new data sources and recommending innovative approaches to data acquisition

🔹 Testing, validating, and monitoring machine learning models to ensure ongoing performance and accuracy

🔹 Working closely with Business Analysts, Project Managers, and business stakeholders to translate business problems into data-driven solutions

🔹 Developing processes and frameworks for model governance, monitoring, and continuous improvement

What You'll Bring

✔ Strong experience as a Data Scientist delivering enterprise analytics solutions

✔ Strong understanding of statistics, predictive analytics, and machine learning techniques

✔ Hands-on experience developing models using Python and/or R

✔ Experience working with Azure Machine Learning Studio or similar cloud-based ML platforms

✔ Strong knowledge of supervised and unsupervised machine learning algorithms including:

• Logistic Regression
• Random Forests
• Decision Trees
• Clustering
• Classification
• Regression Models

✔ Experience working with large enterprise datasets

✔ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

✔ Ability to explain complex technical concepts to business stakeholders

Highly Desirable

⭐ Experience with Azure AI and Microsoft Data Platforms

⭐ Knowledge of MLOps and model lifecycle management

⭐ Experience with SQL, Power BI, or modern Business Intelligence tools

⭐ Experience deploying machine learning models into production environments

⭐ Exposure to Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), or Responsible AI practices

⭐ Experience working in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Retail, or Telecommunications
