Qualifications

• Graduated from Engineering departments of universities,
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the automotive industry,
• Advanced level of English,
• Proficient in MS Office programs,
• Strong technical problem-solving and analytical thinking skills,
• Having communication and coordination skills, being able to follow up on work and being solution-oriented.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and result-oriented.
• Mastering project management stages
• Having basic knowledge in quality and production
• Being able to do technical translation and terminology in automotive textiles
• Having basic knowledge of documents and definitions based on international and customer standards in automotive textiles; IATF, VDA, PPAP, APQP, DFMEA, IMDS, REACH etc.

Job Description

• Support internal documentation, customer-specific documentation and Tier-1&2 documentation review for technically developed and nominated fabrics specified by the customer,
• Organize and follow up phase transition processes of all nominated and ongoing projects,
• Support creation of tools and standards for program management; completion of all documents with the Project team and submission to relevant production departments at relevant project stages,
• Planning, monitoring and reporting of outputs and results;
• Risk and Issue tracking;
• Determination of quality control standards and monitoring of their implementation;
• Determination and monitoring of change control procedures;
• Planning and execution of communication.
• Being a strong member of the program management team(s);
• Competence in program and project management methodologies;
• Knowledge and experience in using various tools that assist in program management;
• Ability to put theory into practice;
• Clarity during chaos; and Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Moderate audit organizations, manage team coordination and monitor processes,
• Identify process errors and contribute to improvement efforts.
