What is the job waiting for you?

• Prepare monthly stock reports, including idle stock and stock days.
• Monitor daily deviations coming from operational teams.
• Track action items with clear owners and deadlines.
• Update reports with closed actions and achieved results.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and traceability of stock data.
• Identify data issues and initiate corrective updates when needed.
• Perform stock analysis to support operational decisions.
• Apply basic analytical methods to prioritize stock-related risks.
• Support weekly material planning runs and follow up on results.
• Prepare and distribute post-planning reports to stakeholders.
• Manage and monitor manual material reservations when required.
• Support monthly planning simulations and scenario analysis.
• Contribute to process documentation and standardization activities.
• Take part in continuous improvement initiatives related to stock and planning processes.
• Work in close coordination with Production, Logistics, Planning, Purchasing, and R&D teams.
• Able to conduct time and work studies.
• Determining the packaging method for materials and providing field studies with suppliers.

What we are looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2-4 years of experience in stock management, inventory control, supply chain, planning, or data analysis roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with a high level of attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and material planning processes.
• Ability to work with structured data and transform it into clear insights.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good time management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Residency in Adana or willingness to work on-site in Adana.
