Business Analyst

Start of Assignment: ASAP

Duration of the Assignment: 3 months + potential 1 month extension

Max rate: €6000 gross monthly

Language: English

Requirements:

• Solid proven experience in Business Analysis and adequate relevant experience in User support and Maintenance
• Knowledge of any Cash & Securities Reconciliation tool, knowledge of Accurate NXG would be an advantage
• Good knowledge and understanding of SWIFT
• Knowledge and understanding of Financial products and Back Office activities (Treasury and Capital markets, or Lending market)
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

Tasks:

• Collect and analyse requirements from stakeholders for Accurate tickets and projects.
• Provide user support, manage the ticketing system, and maintain static data.
• Coordinate communication and facilitate meetings with IT and support teams.
• Prepare specifications for new functionalities and automate workflows.
• Conduct and document UAT tests, and prepare user manuals and handover deliverables
