Project Overview:: This role to support portfolio activities within the Asset Department, and to assist in one of the key programs in the ETB roadmap.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Support program/project managers in coordination, guidance, and communication
• Act as the guardian of methodologies and best practices
• Prepare and follow up steering committees
• Ensure project and initiative follow-up
• Strengthen Business–IT communication
• Consolidate and manage monthly & quarterly reporting
• Maintain the program roadmap
• Follow up on and challenge risks, issues, and milestone planning
• Create and deliver presentations on various topics
• Provide on-demand project support and guidance
• Assist in developing roadmaps for specific topics
• Support change management activities
• Manage resources and cost tracking in close cooperation with Project Managers
• Contribute to the Assets Vision product roadmap
• Set up productization of the current program

Key Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in PMO and/or project management
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Fluent in Dutch and/or French
• Familiarity with PMO methodologies (Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2, PMI) is a plus
• Understanding of product & data-driven organizations is a strong advantage
• Experience with PM tools like Sciforma, MS Project, etc. is a plus
