The energy transition, shifting market dynamics, and evolving customer expectations are pushing organisations in the energy sector to fundamentally rethink how digital value is created and delivered. Our client is in the midst of exactly such a transformation: following a successful pilot phase in 2025, they are now fully committed to a product-centric approach for digital activities.
This shift changes the way teams set priorities, deliver value, collaborate with the business, and manage interdependencies. To guide this transition and embed it within the organisation, we are looking for an experienced Enterprise Agile Coach.
Role Description
As Enterprise Agile Coach, you will support the transformation towards a product-centric organisation and operating model. You will work closely with a team of agile facilitators and coach teams in adapting, collaborating, and delivering value efficiently. In addition to your coaching role, you will also act as Scrum Master for one product team. Your responsibilities include:
- Mentoring Scrum Masters
- Acting as Scrum Master for 1 team
- Coaching Product Owners
- Team development through coaching on self-organisation and conflict resolution
- Identifying organisational impediments and influencing decision-makers to drive structural change
Profile
- Minimum 10 years of experience in agile environments, of which at least 5 years as an Enterprise Agile Coach or Lead Agile Coach
- Deep practical knowledge of LeSS (Large-Scale Scrum) and a solid understanding of the organisational implications of scaling
- Hands-on coaching mindset with the ability to foster ownership and autonomy within teams
- Proven experience in training and mentoring junior coaches and Scrum Masters
- Experience coaching teams in product development and product management within a software delivery environment
- Strong vision combined with excellent listening skills and the ability to guide teams in experimenting with new ways of working
- Pragmatic and flexible in finding the best fit between agile methodology and a specific organisational context
- Comfortable stepping into new environments and possessing a strong team spirit
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels
- Skilled at creating an inclusive environment and facilitating conflict resolution in a multi-team setting
- Fluent: French or Dutch
- Good knowledge: English
