We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to design, implement, and support networking and security solutions within Cisco and Fortinet environments. You will take full ownership of projects, manage escalations, and contribute to the development of robust, secure network infrastructures.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement technical solutions in Cisco and Fortinet networking/security environments.

Translate design plans into infrastructure implementations that meet business and technical requirements.

Provide advanced troubleshooting support, researching and developing solutions as needed.

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project success in terms of scope, budget, and timeline.

Manage project execution from development to implementation, ensuring compliance with best practices.

Handle 2nd and 3rd level support for network incidents and liaise with vendor TAC teams when required.

Utilize network monitoring and security tools (AD, SolarWinds, RMM tools, etc.) to ensure optimal performance.

Skills/Must-Have:

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Experience in Cisco ISE, Firepower, Wireless, and DNAC.

Hands-on expertise with Cisco Routing & Switching.

Proficiency in Fortinet technologies, including FortiGate, FortiManager, and FortiAnalyzer.

Industry certifications: Cisco CCNP and Fortinet FCP required.

Understanding of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, ISIS) and MPLS (Layer 2/3 VPN).

Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.

Proficiency in MS Office for documentation and reporting.
