Job Role Description
The IRL Data Analyst Intern will play a crucial role in supporting the data analytics team by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting business-critical data. The successful candidate will assist in creating insights that drive strategic decisions, improve operational efficiency, and enhance data-driven decision-making processes across multiple business functions. This internship offers hands-on experience with real-world data and the opportunity to contribute to key projects while collaborating with global teams.
The role will require working with large datasets, developing reports and dashboards, and assisting in the optimization of data processing workflows. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate insights effectively.
Job Responsibilites
- Collect, clean, and organize data from various internal and external sources.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and key insights that support decision-making.
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Spotfire.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide solutions.
- Develop and maintain data dashboards, tracking performance metrics and key business indicators.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and present findings to stakeholders.
- Assist in optimizing data collection, storage, and processing workflows.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analytics.
Candidate Requirements
Qualifications (Training, Education & Prior Experience)
Education:
- Achieved a degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- ITIL certification is preferred.
Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle large datasets and derive meaningful insights in ServiceNow.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis programming languages.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Spotfire, or Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges in data analytics.

Compensation
This role will have an annual salary of €25,000
