Position Overview:

We are seeking a Human Resources Consultant to join our dynamic team. This part-time, remote role involves providing strategic HR advice, assisting with communication between clients and our team, and driving new business opportunities. You will work closely with our Sales and Acquisition Manager to expand our services and guide our overall HR strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert consultation on HR strategies and best practices.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their staffing needs.
• Identify and set up new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Collaborate with and support the Sales and Acquisition Manager in driving business growth.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Human Resource Management.
• Strong professional network within the HR or staffing industry.
• Experience in sales or marketing is a plus.
• Must be a Lithuanian.
• Basic English speaking ability is a plus. 
• Retired professionals with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Compensation

This is a commission-based position, with salary details to be discussed during the interview process.
