The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide range of HR and training functions, ensuring the smooth operation of our residency's HR processes and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Support: Assist with job postings, resume reviews, and interviews.
Employee Records: Maintain employee files and ensure legal compliance.
Performance Management: Support performance reviews and feedback processes.
Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries and resolve HR issues.
Payroll Assistance: Support the payroll process.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies.
Implementation/ Training of Kempinski Standards
Scheduling: Manage meeting and event schedules.
Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations.
Correspondence: Handle emails and other communications.
Project Assistance: Support special projects as assigned.
Confidentiality: Maintain discretion with sensitive information.
General Office duties: perform general office tasks.
To fill this position the candidate must have:
