Description

We are seeking a highly adaptable and proactive HR & Training Coordinator to join our pre-opening team at the Kempinski Alacati Residences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide range of HR and training functions, ensuring the smooth operation of our residency's HR processes and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. This role requires a flexible individual who is also willing to provide administrative support to the management team as needed.

Key Responsibilities



  • Recruitment Support: Assist with job postings, resume reviews, and interviews.


  • Employee Records: Maintain employee files and ensure legal compliance.


  • Performance Management: Support performance reviews and feedback processes.


  • Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries and resolve HR issues.


  • Payroll Assistance: Support the payroll process.


  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies.


  • Implementation/ Training of Kempinski Standards



Administrative Support (Directors Office):


  • Scheduling: Manage meeting and event schedules.


  • Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations.


  • Correspondence: Handle emails and other communications.


  • Project Assistance: Support special projects as assigned.


  • Confidentiality: Maintain discretion with sensitive information.


  • General Office duties: perform general office tasks.



Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

To fill this position the candidate must have:


  • Be familiar with labour laws and regulations
