You must have graduated from Graphic Design or a similar bachelor's degree.
We are looking for at least 5 years of experience. Agency experience would be even better.
You should be proficient in the Adobe CC suite (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign), and these programs should be your means of expression.
Experience creating and maintaining branding design is a significant plus.
If you can use Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects, your chances increase.
If you have illustration experience and/or talent, and you can say, I am interested in drawing, and I want to contribute to Getirs colorful world with my illustrations, you are ahead of the competition.
You should be excited to work in a fast and dynamic environment.
You must think quickly, produce agile solutions (and unconventional solutions when necessary), and implement them immediately.
You should be able to manage a project process from start to finish, add your personal touch to the work, and be equally passionate about ATL and BTL, working diligently.
You should actively manage the visual communications of projects or campaigns with relevant departments from end to end.
