• You must have graduated from Graphic Design or a similar bachelor's degree.
• We are looking for at least 5 years of experience. Agency experience would be even better.
• You should be proficient in the Adobe CC suite (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign), and these programs should be your means of expression.
• Experience creating and maintaining branding design is a significant plus.
• If you have illustration experience and/or talent, and you can say, I am interested in drawing, and I want to contribute to Getirs colorful world with my illustrations, you are ahead of the competition.
• Must be proficient in generative AI tools and actively incorporate them into the creative process
• Must have a strong understanding of design dynamics specific to social media platforms.
• You should be excited to work in a fast and dynamic environment.
• You must think quickly, produce agile solutions (and unconventional solutions when necessary), and implement them immediately.
• You should be able to manage a project process from start to finish, add your personal touch to the work, and be equally passionate about ATL and BTL, working diligently.
• You should actively manage the visual communications of projects or campaigns with relevant departments from end to end.
