Recruitment Assistant Specialist / Specialist

We are looking for a Import & Export Executive to be a part of our team in the Supply Chain Management Department.

• Collaborating with HRBP's for the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing candidates, scheduling & conducting phone interviews and reference check
• Remain active with job boards, ATS and platforms for finding qualified candidates, create and post job descriptions on relavant platforms (LinkedIn, Kariyer.net vb.)
• Managing all employee-related documentation and HR processes through collaboration with payroll team
• Managing all operational processes within HR
  Execution of on-boarding and off-boarding process
• Preparing announcement for new-hires and internal assignments within the organization
• Updating organizational charts on a monthly basis
• Collaborating with Employer Branding and Organizational Development teams to develop action plans for attracting young talents
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,
• Preferably 1+ years of experience in recruitment field or new graduates with long-term internship experience
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
• Fluent in English
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple positions and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
