Channel Business Analyst

Job Responsibilities

1. Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and backlogs.
2. Track and update operational data to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
3. Assist in collecting and integrating sales forecasts from various teams.
4. Identify trends and discrepancies in forecast data to support decision-making.
5. Monitor overdue orders and shipments.
6. Track tasks and delivery progress during sales reviews.
7. Integrate data inputs and prepare monthly and quarterly reports, ensuring all information is accurate and delivered on time.
8. Conduct basic assessments of market size and trends under guidance.
9. Support data verification processes, including reconciliation of Vika system tables.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Business Management or a related field.
2. 1-2years of work experience in Middle East business sales.
3. Experience within a multinational corporate environment is preferred.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
6. Fluent in written and oral English communication.
