Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager who has delivered CRM projects/has experience in Salesforce.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Salesforce delivery projects, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
• Implement Agile and Hybrid project management methodologies to optimize project outcomes.
• Serve as a Scrum Master, driving Agile best practices within cross-functional teams.
• Proactively track and manage dependencies, risks, and issues, ensuring alignment across teams and external vendors operating under different methodologies.
• Utilize JIRA, including JQL queries and dashboard creation, for effective reporting and issue tracking.
• Develop and maintain project plans using tools such as MS Project or Smartsheet.
• Manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) with a strong focus on risk mitigation and issue resolution.
• Hold teams accountable for their deliverables, ensuring continuous progress and alignment with business objectives.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven track record of successfully managing Salesforce delivery projects.
• Strong experience in Agile and Hybrid project management methodologies.
• A proactive, driven mindset – someone who is not afraid to hold teams accountable and ensure progress.
• Confident in Jira, including JQL queries and dashboard creation for reporting.
• Ability to manage and track dependencies that fall outside of the Agile delivery process, ensuring alignment with other teams or vendors operating under different methodologies.
• Strong proficiency in using project management tools such as MS Project / Smartsheet to compile project plans.
• RAID management skills, with a focus on risk mitigation and issue resolutions.
