Project Manager

Background:

• Client is creating magical mixed-reality experiences for hundreds of millions of users, using computer vision, neural networks, graphics, and computational photography to help them reduce the “imagination gap”. launched in 2022, is expanding to provide best in-class tools for customers and co-workers to visualize their home design ideas with helpful and joyful 3D experiences.
• We have an opening for a Technical Program Manager to join the Home Imagination Platform (HIP) Team at client, located in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. This team will collaborate directly with the R&D team at Geomagical Labs , and be part of influential and cutting-edge 3D and AI technology development on a global, multi-million user scale.
• In this role you will manage the asset conditioning program:
• Delivering a consistent flow of production-quality assets, prioritized by sales revenue
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers to improve efficiency of the asset conditioning pipeline and QA workflows
• Partner with merchandising teams to source new assets based on sales impact, seasonality, and other strategic needs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in technical project or program management in software related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and track complex projects, delivering outcomes on time & budget.
• A mix of creative, analytical, technical & business chops, with hunger to learn.
• Highly analytical — A track record of data-driven decision making. and very strong Business Intelligence software skills. Functional SQL skills are a plus.
• Effective & persuasive communicator — Able to distil key ideas, drive positive consensus, and influence engineers, creatives, senior executives, and customers, through clear & compelling written & verbal communication.
• BONUS: Knowledge or direct experience of the home furnishing market.
• BONUS: Experience in 3D graphics, AR, visual AI, or virtual reality.
