- Assist employees with administrative needs and provide guidance and training to managers on HR processes and policies
- Collaborate closely with the HR Manager and Talent Lead to support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment activities, and onboarding processes
- Lead employee development programs, advise people leaders on HR topics, and collaborate with the HR team on key initiatives
- Manage work permits, payroll updates, employee documentation, and timekeeping while ensuring compliance with Swiss labor laws
- Prepare reports for Finance and Swiss Government
- Proven track record in an HR role (e.g., HR Admin, Generalist, or Junior HRBP), preferably within an international environment.
- Successfully completed HR qualifications and/or certifications.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, Swiss labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Proficient in MS Office, with a strong affinity for HR systems such as Workday or Personio (a plus).
- Fluent in English and (Swiss) German.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and handle sensitive situations professionally.
- A proactive mindset, strong people skills, and interest in growing into a senior HR role.
